Foil winding machine

The foil winding machine is used to wind one foil two insulated low voltage coils, equipped with TIG or CPW system units

1. Foil winding machine -FWM1000

The machine is specially designed for manual or semi-automatic production of round, oval or rectangular low-voltage coils with one copper foil or aluminium foil and two insulations, with end insulation at both ends of the coil, and the head is welded to the foil strip by argon arc welding or polar frequency welding.

The machine has its own electric control cabinet, which is placed separately.

The electric control cabinet is equipped with a UPS, which can store the winding program in case of power failure and shutdown.
