There are two kinds of structure of winding die: wedge plate and strut type, the smaller diameter of the winding die mostly uses wedge plate structure, and the larger diameter of the winding die mostly uses strut type structure.

The diameter of the winding die can be adjusted by a manual wrench or an electric wrench. After completing a coil, the diameter of the die is reduced and the coil can be lifted off the winding die.
