1, winding machine construction method and steps
The author used the waste materials used to decorate the home wood floor to build a wood frame with a length, width and height of 13139cm. After the frame is made, punch a 3.6mm ~ 4mm hole for each corresponding end face, the hole is centered on the left and right, and the upper and lower parts are selected as 2cm, so as to install the winding crank later. The frame can also be replaced by similar ready-made wooden boxes, iron boxes, etc., and the geometric size is also suitable for the material, as long as it is suitable.

When applying glue, the long rod is outward, so that the inner gasket is attached to the inside of the frame to prevent shaking when winding the coil. In short, the inner and outer sides of the gasket are properly tight, after the glue solidifies, so that the rotating shake will neither shake around, but also rotate. After that, use A and B glue to bond the head of the 3 screws with the long rod head. After bonding, try to make the two axes parallel, and pay special attention to correcting the parallelism of the two when the glue is about to set.
2, the construction of line roller frame
When winding the transformer, a enameled wire roller support frame is needed, and I made a simple and simple structure with 8# iron wire. Construction method: Take a piece of 8# iron wire about 1m, bend it side by side by hand into the shape as shown in Figure 3, and use pliers to shape the place that is not good. Leave about 5cm long at the curved interface, so that the wire contact is stacked, and then wrap it tightly with enameled wire. Then, trim properly so that it is placed smoothly. Then, find a big screwdriver or a hard plastic tube with a length of 15cm that can pass through the human line rolling hole, and place the line rolling with the line rolling frame so that the line rolling can smoothly rotate and pay off the line when winding. If there is a small wooden box or plastic foam box on hand, dig two small suitable slots at the midpoint of the two corresponding sides of the opening (the groove is slightly deeper than the line roll support bar), it can also be used as a line roll frame.
3. Winding of transformer
Winding transformer with a simple winding machine and a wire roller frame is basically similar to the regular product winding method, but it also has its particularity.
